Luke Rogers, Executive Chef

Luke Rogers

Chef Rogers studied Culinary Arts at L‘Ecole Culinaire in Memphis, Tennessee. Working his way through the best restaurants in Memphis, Chef Rogers deepened his understanding and passion for cooking. He went on to work as an apprentice for Ristorante Vespasia in Norcia, Italy where he played an integral role in helping the restaurant achieve a second Michelin star, one of the world’s most premier ratings awarded to a select few restaurants. Following his success in Italy, Chef Rogers returned to America to serve as an apprentice to Jose Andres at two Michelin starred Minibar in Washington, D.C. then became Executive Chef at the Sofitel Luxury Hotel in downtown Philadelphia, before he came to join Savor in Dallas.


Chef Rogers’ refined, sustainable and accessible style of contemporary cuisine elevates the menu here at Savor. Inspired by the innovative local food scene in Dallas, he fuses instinctive French and Italian ingredients with local and seasonal fare using herbs, vegetables, coupled with exceptional meats and seafood. Chef Rogers has exceptionally high standards and values genuine collaboration with his team.
